(1) The Moth Jambandi set up according to Rule 17 shall be filed by the Hakim in one copy of the register and one copy in the concerned Taluk Department.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), after the filing of Moth Jambandi, the Adda and Taluk department of bookkeeping will check the relevant documents and if they are not found to be correct, they will be required to correct all the copies. Amended by Third Amendment.
